Hi, my name’s Alex. I’ve loved and cared for pets my whole life, especially our family’s first pet, a cute Labrador named Ash. Unfortunately, Ash used to get sick very often simply due to improper care and a lack of proper knowledge. When I grew older, I decided to adopt a puppy of my own a Rottweiler named Apollo. Learning from the past, I vowed to give Apollo the absolute best quality of life possible.

As I did deep research into pet health, nutrition, grooming, and everyday wellness, I realized I wasn't alone: thousands of Aussie pet parents struggle with finding reliable, high-quality pet care solutions. That’s when I set out on a mission to create the best pet care, grooming, and lifestyle products available on the market. My goal was simple: make them easy to use, amazing value for money, and super effective for every aspect of your pet's life.

It took time, but we got there. Since then, we’ve helped over 10,000 pet parents upgrade their pet care routine improving overall health, happiness, and everyday well-being. Even as we grow, we’re still a proud small Aussie business where every single order truly counts, and I’ve been blown away by the incredible support from our community.

I started FreshPaws to share these game-changing products with as many pet lovers as possible. And I’d love to share them with you too.
